Who We Are
Cascade AI Systems is a technology company located in Vancouver, Washington. We operate Lead Rescue, a missed-call text-back automation service that helps home-service businesses (plumbers, HVAC technicians, roofers, electricians, and similar trades) capture leads when they miss incoming calls.
When a caller reaches a business that uses Lead Rescue and the call goes unanswered, our system sends an automated SMS follow-up on behalf of that business. Cascade AI Systems acts as the technology provider and messaging intermediary.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial account numbers, or sensitive health information.
How We Use Your Information
- Service delivery: Sending automated SMS messages on behalf of client businesses in response to missed calls.
- Account management: Managing business client accounts, billing, and onboarding.
- Service improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve reliability and platform features.
- Legal compliance: Meeting obligations under the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, A2P 10DLC registration requirements, and applicable state law.
- Communications: Sending service updates, billing notices, and support communications to business clients.
- Security: Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
We do not use personal information for behavioral advertising, sell data to data brokers, or use end-user SMS data to train AI models.
SMS Consent Notice
Lead Rescue is an automated missed-call text-back service operated by Cascade AI Systems. This section contains disclosures required by The Campaign Registry (TCR) and CTIA Messaging Principles for A2P 10DLC messaging.
How Consent Is Collected
When a customer calls a business phone number registered with Lead Rescue (Cascade AI Systems) and the call is not answered, that business may send an automated follow-up SMS to the phone number that placed the call. By placing the call, the customer provides implicit consent to receive a follow-up SMS. No SMS is ever sent to numbers that have not first called the business.
Opt-In Flow
- Step 1: Customer calls the business phone number.
- Step 2: Call goes unanswered.
- Step 3: Lead Rescue sends one automated SMS to the caller: "Hi! Sorry we missed your call at [Business Name]. What can we help you with? Reply STOP to opt out."
- Step 4: Customer may reply to continue, or reply STOP to opt out immediately.
- Step 5: All messages include opt-out instructions. Opt-out is honored immediately.

No promotional, marketing, or third-party messages are ever sent through this service.
Message Frequency
Typically 1–5 messages per inbound call inquiry. Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of the service inquiry.

Participating Carriers
Lead Rescue messaging is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
No Third-Party Sharing of Phone Numbers
Mobile numbers collected through Lead Rescue are used solely to deliver follow-up messages on behalf of the business that was called. These numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party, affiliate, or marketing platform for any purpose.
A2P 10DLC Registration
Lead Rescue operates under a registered A2P 10DLC campaign with The Campaign Registry (TCR). All outbound messages originate from a registered long-code number associated with the specific business and use case described in this section.

Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and third-party data processing agreements. No method of transmission is 100% secure. We will notify affected parties of any breach as required by applicable law.
Children’s Privacy
Our service is intended for business owners and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact Submit a request → and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to business clients. The updated policy will be posted at cascadeaisystems.com/privacy.html with a revised effective date.
Additional Rights for Washington State Residents
Washington residents have additional rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act and other state privacy laws, including the right to confirm, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and the right to appeal a refusal.
